Easy to use and store. I try to use it twice a day for a few minutes because I have bad sitting posture and I sit for hours at a time. For me it's a bit difficult to switch between levels but for my boyfriend it's fine.

This is great for back pain, usually I get home and lay on the floor to rest my back but with this device it takes it a step further supporting & stretching my spine. I start on the first level and then after 15 minutes move to the second level and add a pillow to keep my neck aligned. I weigh 260, if you’re wondering if it’ll hold your weight.

Purchase it for my girlfriend who suffers from back problem. It seems to help her from time to time. I try it and it does little for me. Is probably cause I'm tall 6'4" but my girlfriend says it helps her out so I'm happy with the product.

Wow this back stretching device is heavenly. I do a lot of yoga but I also sit in a desk chair all day. It’s nice to just lay down on it, listen to high vibrational music and breathe while sinking into the stretch. I think everyone could benefit from this, especially those who are hunched over a computer or those who have manual labor jobs.

I was surprised how well it does stretch your back. If you have not been stretching already start on the flattest one, it's deceiving because it looks like it wouldn't stretch you but it does...as my husband found out when he moved it to the second setting and immediately pulled a muscle when he tried it. Also doing it for 10 min each day is helpful, doesn't seem long but it is, I can feel a difference in my back. Deep breathing to relax the back while using helps too. I like my trigger point roller and I like this one too, it works differently than the roller and it nice to just lay there and stretch for a few.

This is great for helping decompress your spine and back. If you’re flexible it may not crack much but for those w a stiffer back definitely expect a bit of a relieving crack. Make sure you’re strong enough to bend the strong table in order to set it in the higher settings. Overall i love it and it has helped sooo much!! worth the money.

Had used 2-3 types of support belts nd all for lower back pain nd support for my wife issue was for grip which becomes loose after few tries of if different size people uses...but this is best which I found at this price good support nd grip even after using with different type of body it's not loose will surely recommend.

Once you figure out orientation, took me a min because I made the mistake of doing it while not only tired but with a headache , it fits well when you lay on it and while the upper part felt uncomfortable at first for my shoulder blades I actually felt grateful because after about 10 min my entire back finally started to feel relieved. I should mention I not only have bad posture partly because of years of bad habits with higher desks but now using a lower combo but I also deal with a pretty badly taken care spine. Ga lots of problems as a kid with getting my back hit so yeah. Take my advice, take care of yourself or pay later.
Final Verdict: Love this purchase and am truly regretting not buying many years earlier. Gonna save so much on chiropractor appointments now!!
